Q:  When should I expect my order to ship?

A:  All orders will be processed the same day we receive the order.  Special instruction orders may take more time, depending on the request.  Because we use the United States Postal Service, orders that are processed will be shipped the following business day.

Q:  What is your primary shipping carrier?

A:  Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service.  UPS shipping is available upon request.  Because we use the USPS, we are able to ship to PO Boxes.  A physical address is required for shipments that use UPS.

Q:  How long does shipping take?

A:  Normal delivery on most items is 3 to 7 business days.

Q:  Can you get my shipment here faster?

A:  Most items are delivered via common carrier truck.  For additional shipping charges Three day, Two day, and Next day air shipping is available.

Q:  Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A:  Absolutely!!!!  We are proud of our military, families, and others who work with our armed forces overseas. So YES we GLADLY ship to APO/FPO addresses!!  For Christmas orders to APO/FPO box addresses: To ensure adequate time for delivery, December 10^th is usually the last date to mail items to arrive on time for Christmas.

Q:  Can we have a different shipping and billing address?

A:  Yes.  We are able to accommodate a different shipping address from the mailing address.  We realize that a lot of people will shop for others online.  So we will be happy to drop ship your order for you.

Q:  Can we choose from other shipping carriers?

A:  Yes.  We have the option of using UPS for very large orders or for a special request.

Q:  Why does it take up to 8 days for UPS ground shipping?

A:  We are located in sunny Central Florida, where an order from Washington State has a “travel time” of 6 days.  Since UPS ground shipments do not normally travel on Saturday or Sunday this may add an additional 2 days “travel time”.  So if you order an item on Thursday and it ships on Friday your order will travel by UPS for a few hours on Friday and resume the shipment on Monday adding two additional days to the shipping time.

Q:  Will UPS ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes?

A:  To avoid any confusion with P.O. Boxes, we are asking that you provide a physical address for shipping when requesting the use of UPS for the carrier.

Q:  If I order an item to be shipped by Second Day Air on Thursday will I receive it on Saturday?

A:  Most likely not.  UPS does not normally deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.  So if your order was placed on Thursday and second day air was selected, the best you could expect is that it will arrive on Monday (There is an additional charge for having your package delivered on Saturday when shipping Next Day Air on a Friday).

Q: Is your online server secure and safe?

A:  Yes.  When ordering, the website will direct you to a secure server to enter your billing information and shipping information.

Q:  Will you give or sell my personal information to another company?

A:  No.  We have strict privacy policies and do not give out any of your information except to the shipping company to deliver your order.
